Should be done. Just needs to be tested with actual hardware, but I
expect that it will work.

Pretty proud of this now. Can deal with about +/- 20% noise on
sharpness, start offsets, close limits, and is reasonably efficient. No
guarantees though :)
Just needs to make the best image more prominent, and then needs to
chenged back to be Pi-compatible.

Added command line arguments, killed other process using camera, re-did
file/folder tracking, and upped initial movement speed.

Moving onto encoder

Don't know what was wrong still, but it works. As is the way with python
