updated markdown for scribe project.

The scribe team has submitted their markdown and wanted to be done with running the accessibility checker part soon as well. @khanna38 please eview on priority that things are displaying correctly and merge. @jmankoff tagging you as well in case you want to take a look because this is the first merge :)
