Backup scheduler

Pat Kosakanchit requested to merge backup-scheduler into dropbox
  • Combine inode-to-path mapper and files to update
  • Improve fs utility. Tests added.
  • In main(), write map and last byte read to file. Take src dir as an input. Have unit tests for invalid characters in .lin
  • Move unit tests from test dir to their file.
