Updated documentation; removed checking network method and replaced with a feature asking the user for the connection of the internet; added libraries database to the project

Cleaned up the codes in the Analyzer and the Dependency Manager; updated the documentation with the current status of the analyzer as well as the todos list

Change the analyzer to the old state (not inferring the top-level target). Report to the user about the existence of the top-level target and let the user decide what to do with it.
