added Cole's staff profile and Milky Way product

Filled out Cole's bio, description and profile picture in Staff.java, adding the image to the images/staff folder. Also added my Milky Way product description and picture in Products.java, adding the image to images/products.

This is a really good product. It should go viral as long as marketing does their job...
