Added the file "gpsControl.ino" to the arduino code.

Separataed the science station code into separate files. Need to add
code to convert integers to bytes before sending them over I2C. Also,
getting lots of errors when trying to upload the code to the arduino Uno
with the sensor interface shield (someone try pushing the code on their
computer?).

To send information from one arduino to another using I2C and two analog
pins on both.

Has all of the functions needed to get GPS coordinates, and altitude and
direction (these both seem inaccurate), with comments to show how they
work. Uses the Adafruit GPS library

arduino code that reads from the Ultimate GPS breakout v3 and prints
NMEA 0183 standard information to the serial monitor.

replace Motorcontrol.ino with MainMegaBoard.ino. Science Station, EE and CS team should work together in the MegaBoardDefine.h for the pin out
